In case of cancellation due to bad weather it will be necessary for both parties to agree a fair term. ⢠If it is agreed to leave, once the trip has started there will be no refunds or rescheduling (Unless it has been discussed before leaving). *Cancellations due to weather conditions must be made 6 hours before the departure of the trip* LATE CANCELLATION POLICY. It is allowed to cancel the rental without refund if the client is 30 minutes late or more. This is not our objective or intention, but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee the best service if the client arrives very late. If both parties agree to depart on the fair terms agreed in the booking details, we are happy to continue with the trip!
