- Cancellation Policy:- Free cancellations up to 5 days before the booking start time. - 50% refund for cancellations 3-5 days before the booking start time. - No refunds for cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time. - Weather Policy:- If unsafe weather conditions (determined by the captain) prevent the trip, we will reschedule based on availability or issue a credit for a future booking. - No refunds for rain or cloudy weather. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows:- Trips depart on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced rental time. - No-shows forfeit the booking with no refund. - Boat Rules & Safety:- Captain required (included in booking). - Maximum 6 passengers for safety and comfort. - No glass bottles, smoking, or illegal substances. - Life jackets provided (required for children under 6 years old). - Security Deposit & Damage Policy:- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required to cover damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations. - The renter is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. 🚤 Pickup Location: Our boat is located at O'Neill's Marina, Slip C-31, at 6701 Sunshine Skyway Lane South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711. 📍 Directions: - We are in the first row of covered slips for easy access. - Look for [Boat Name] at Slip C-31. - Parking is available at the marina. 🛥 Please arrive 15 minutes early for a smooth check-in process.
