Reschedule if: There is 80% chance of rain or more (average over the rental period) based on the Miami Beach location. ONLY ON THE GOOGLE WEATHER APP. Winds of 25 mph or more on the day of rental. In any other case or situation, it will be necessary for both parties to agree on a fair term.
