If you are late, we may not be able to provide extra time unless agreed otherwise. Getmyboat will collect the Boat Cost and Captain Cost together when you book your trip, but as this is a bareboat charter you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations. RULES: - NO ANIMALS - ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT LOSS OF DEPOSIT AND TERMINATION OF THE CHARTER WITHOUT A REFUND - NO ACCESS TO THE OPEN OCEAN - NO SMOKING IN THE CABIN - NO PAPER IN THE TOILET CANCELATION POLICY AND WEATHER: Reservations can be cancelled or changed 5 days prior the booking date. Other times non-cancelable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions you will receive a rain check/credit to use at any later date or a full refund. BOAT BREAKDOWN: Our boats are well maintained. However, we are not protected from a vessel breakdown. In case the boat becomes unfit for the charters, we have the right to provide a replacement boat in the same class or better. Incase of a boarding delay causing boat repair, renter will be compensated for the wait time. BAD WEATHER DEFINITION: HEAVY RAIN/WIND/STORM LIGHT RAIN OR CLOUDY SKY DOES NOT CONSIDER A BAD WEATHER.
