Communication was clear and easy from start to finish, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — even accommodating my grandfather, who was on oxygen, so he could enjoy the trip with us. The trip on the lake Mead was fabulous: fun, well equipped boat with plenty of space, aquatic toys for the whole family (2 teenagers & the parents) and, above all: Captain Ron. He listens to your desires, suggests many activities (adapted to our physical condition), and we all enjoyed the amazing experiences (swimming, towed buoy, kneeboard, climbing on and jumping from a rock in the water,...).
