We booked this yacht ride last minute as an anniversary surprise for my sister and her husband, and Captain Tyler and his assistant Trevor went above and beyond to make it truly special. From the start, they were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to book on short notice and greeting us with big, friendly smiles. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion! They had hoped to get balloons too but couldn’t find them in time — still, the thoughtfulness meant so much. Trevor even went into the restaurant (Hurrica) to help bring my sister and brother-in-law out for the big surprise, which made the moment unforgettable. Throughout the entire trip, both Tyler and Trevor were charming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we were safe and having an amazing time. Their warmth and hospitality made the evening feel effortless and joyful. They made us feel like we had known each other for ages. In the presence of great friends! My nephew asked for Dean Martin, and the music flowed the entire time.🎶 Tyler’s yacht was clean, with a cozy feel, and roomy enough for the six of us! We can’t wait to book again during the daytime and use all of the amazing amenities! We couldn’t have asked for a better crew or experience — five stars all the way. I highly recommend booking with them if you’re looking for an unforgettable time on the water!
