Casey was the Captain and he was great! We had a boat full of college kids, and all the big kids got to try wakeboarding, and the boys got try wake surfing. Casey was also patient and a good instructor for everyone that needed the right tips and pointers. We would definitely rent his boat again.

He knew all the best places to explore and made sure everyone in our group was comfortable, included, and having a great time. What really made the experience special was Sean himself. He immediately felt like part of the family and went above and beyond to make the day memorable for both the adults and the kids. Instead of worrying about navigating, docking, or managing the boat, we were able to relax and enjoy every minute together. This was easily one of the highlights of our Lake Havasu vacation. We booked a 3-hour private boat rental, but had to cut the trip short after about an hour due to weather and safety concerns. Get My Boat initially got our refund amount wrong, but Jarad, the boat owner, made sure we received the correct partial refund. We had a group of 8, and Jarad was really friendly and accommodating throughout. He brought along a bunch of fun water toys, though with the shortened trip we only got to try one of them — would've loved more time to enjoy the rest. Despite the weather cutting things short, Jarad's hospitality and honesty made a big difference. I'd definitely recommend renting with him.
