Free cancellation up to 4 days before your trip.

Weather Cancelations - If the owner/captain believes it is unsafe to participate in boating activities a full refund will be provided. If the owner/captain believes the weather conditions to be safe to participate in boating activities, there will be no refund issued due to an cancellations by the guests. Cancelation Policy - Cancelations will be fully refunded as long as notice and cancelation is given no later that four (4) full calendar days prior to charter. If cancelation notice is given later then four (4) calendar days prior to charter, a rebooking date will be granted but no refund will be issued. No-Shows - No refund or credit will be issued. Being late to charter - Owner/captain may extend time of the charter based on availability up to one (1) hour is time permits. Red/Orange Died Food/Drink - No food and/or drinks allowed that are red or orange in color. They will stain the decking and upholstery.
