• Age Requirement: Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. • Operating the Boat by captain only, the renter is responsible for safe behavoir • Captain: A professional captain is required • Capacity Limit: Do not exceed the maximum passenger capacity as specified for safety reasons. • Rental Duration: Time begins at scheduled departure and ends at return to approved location. Late returns will incur additional charges. • Fuel Policy: Boat is provided with a full tank; renter is responsible for fuel more than a tank • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required and will be returned if no damage occurs, and boat is clean • Damage Responsibility: Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required. • Safety Requirements: Life jackets are provided and must be worn where required by law. All local boating laws must be followed. • Alcohol Policy: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers only • Weather Cancellations: Rescheduling may be offered in the event of unsafe weather conditions. • Prohibited Activities: No reckless operation, towing outside approved activities, or use in restricted areas.
