• Age Requirement: Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. • Operating the Boat: If no captain is hired, the renter is responsible for safe operation and must have prior boating experience. • Optional Captain: A professional captain is available for an additional fee and is recommended for wake surfing and first-time renters. • Capacity Limit: Do not exceed the maximum passenger capacity as specified for safety reasons. • Rental Duration: Time begins at scheduled departure and ends at return to approved location.
