No-shows or cancellations outside the allowed cancellation window may forfeit their booking without a refund. - Safety Requirements: All renters must follow boating laws and safety instructions. Life jackets are provided and must be worn as required. The designated operator must be of legal age and possess any required boating certifications or licenses. - Boat Rules: No reckless operation, towing without prior approval, or operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. - Responsibility: Renters are responsible for returning the boat on time and in the same condition it was received.
