Lauren was an amazing captain for our 4-hour family boat ride! She was incredibly hospitable, kind, and professional, and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome from start to finish. Her knowledge, confidence, and easygoing personality made the whole experience unforgettable. The boat is top notch, well equipped and easy to operate.
