2006 Southbay Pontoon 25' boat rental on Lake Norman
Our entire experience was great from pickup at our rental to drop off. Our Captain Brian went above and beyond to ensure the entire group had a great time. Jeramy was AMAZING to work with — friendly, responsive, and made booking an absolute breeze! Captain Jake was a total legend. He kept the energy high, the ride smooth, and made the whole day unforgettable with his calm, confident driving. We got to fully relax and soak in the sunshine while he handled everything like a pro. The boat was a blast and the slide was a huge hit for some splashy fun. Truly one of the best lake days ever! 10/10 would recommend!

Lauren was an amazing captain for our 4-hour family boat ride! She was incredibly hospitable, kind, and professional, and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome from start to finish. Her knowledge, confidence, and easygoing personality made the whole experience unforgettable. And I have to say, she’s absolutely stunning, with a great sense of style and elegance that added to the charm of the trip. Our family had a fantastic time, and we’d definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!
