From the moment we boarded, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe. Jeff’s professionalism and experience were clear right away, but what stood out most was how friendly and approachable he was. He shared great knowledge about the area, showed us the best views, and made sure the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable.    It was a great experience celebrating a reunion with my college buddy. Jeff took us to the best spot to watch the blue angles. It has been a bucket list for us to watch them on Lake Washington on a boat. The experience has been amazing! Thank you Jeff!
