Montauk is a town on Long Island in New York. It’s at the easternmost point of Long Island, which has earned it the nickname of “The End” by locals. Montauk is known for being a summer resort town for the rich and famous, with many luxury mansions and resorts on the sea. You can visit on a budget too, however, so don’t be deterred by its fancy reputation. It’s also famous for being a fishing capital of the eastern seaboard.
The best time of year to visit Montauk is during the summer months when you can soak up the sun on the beach and work on your tan from a boat. It’s quiet in the winter; many places shut down from the lack of tourist influx during the colder months. 10/10 would recommend this experience. Mike was super communicative and flexible in terms of timing and pickup/drop off. He answered all of my messages with lightening speed. The boat was perfect for a group of 7 of us, and we had a great day! Would definitely charter with Mike again!
Everything was top notch, Alan was very considerable and did everything to make this trip as pleasant for us as possible. The vessel is amazing and the experience was outstanding. I traveled with my two children (3&5) and it worked out really well. Highly recommend!
Had a great time with Captain Alan! Very comfortable ride, and great communication prior to departure. An excellent choice if you are looking for a sailing trip around Sag Harbor!
Captain Haven delivered a wonderful experience! Easy departure, some great local knowledge, and an absolutely pleasant environment throughout. Our 3 year old had a great time!
We had a great day out on the water with Nate! He was very flexible with starting a bit later due to the weather and had great communication overall. He and his crew are very kind and professional. The boat is great and this is a must-do while you are in the Hamptons!
Our trip with Nate was awesome. He is a great host and made our trip incredibly comfortable and fun. He took us on a great route - where we were able to swim in clear waters, and get a good view of surrounding areas. Highly recommend! Went way above our expectations!
