   Our best day on the island! Our group of 17 people enjoyed snorkeling and play time at el cielo which was beautiful! The crew on the boat was amazing - great service and super friendly. The ceviche they prepared for lunch was the best I have had in a long time - over all a great boat and a great experience.

Their team was responsive and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered and preferences accommodated. The boat itself was a marvel - clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for a day (or more) at sea. The crew went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service, making us feel completely at ease and pampered throughout our journey. They knew all the perfect spots for swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing, tailoring the trip to our interests. What stood out the most was the crew's dedication to creating a memorable experience for us.    The boys were fantastic - consistent communication throughout, fantastic guided snorkel, and delicious lunch. Kept the margaritas, rum punch and cerveza flowing too. This is the best way to see Cozumel by water which can get very busy with crowded boats during season. Highly recommend Diego and his team for an exclusive charter!

   Amazing & Well Worth It!! You get what you pay for. We paid a little extra for a private boat from Diego and it was a memory of a lifetime again (did this a year ago). Daniel graciously helped us get to our boat (Pali) even though we were early. Aldo and David were superb on the boat making us an unforgettable lunch of ceviche, mango, guacamole and melon. Bluetooth speakers allowed us to enjoy our own music. El Cielo was an amazing stop again to wade in turquois water with drinks in hand. Aldo and David helped my 89-year-old mother into the water to enjoy El Cielo. We also saw rays, turtles, lobsters, moray eels, starfish and many fish snorkeling. This trip was again a lifetime memory. Nothing on our cruise came close to this memory. Thank you - John

   Everything was wonderful. Ricardo was very communicative leading up to the trip. That day, the guys were very helpful and willing to do anything for us to have a great day. They took us to 3 locations, 2 for snorkeling and the last was a sandbar near a secluded beach where we had lunch. The food was great and the locations were beautiful. Very professional. Highly recommend!

   This boat! So much fun! I loved the staff and the boat was very clean. Let us play any music we wanted. This truly was a 5 star experience. Me and my friends had the best time and we will definitely book this boat again. The snacks were great, I honestly think the best guacamole we’ve ever had. And we got to see all the spots in ocean. You have to book this boat!
