Cancellation Policy Cancellations made by the client We understand that sometimes plans change, making it difficult or impossible for you to go out on one of our yachts. Therefore this is our refund policy for cancellations made by you as a client:  - 80% refund when cancelled 14 days (or more) in advance - 50% refund when cancelled 3 -13 days in advance - Non-refundable when cancelled 2 or less days in advance This allows us to be prepared in time for every reservation and provide the excellent service that characterizes us. In some cases, we might have a tour booked after yours, so please take this into consideration. We kindly ask you to be on time in order to enjoy your full tour. Changes in dates or yacht of choice requested by the client are considered a cancellation if we are not able to make the changes without affecting its operation.  Cancellations  We reserve the right to cancel a tour in case of unexpected technical issues. We will always do our best to reschedule or offer another yacht of equal or better quality. If any scheduled payment has not been received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the full deposit paid to date. If a cancellation is made by us for any reason, we guarantee a full refund. Weather Cancellations We know that the weather is not always on our side and our priority will always be to keep you safe. For this reason, cancellations due to weather conditions are exclusively decided by us. Weather-related cancellations will be communicated before the reservation and as soon as the local authorities issue a report. In the case of weather conditions that would not allow a safe trip, we guarantee a reschedule if possible, or a full refund otherwise.
