 What You Can Expect: Deep Sea Fishing: Target pelagic fish like Blue and White Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi-mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, Barracuda, Mackerel and other species; After a short ride we will reach deep water where the lines will be trolled behind the boat, we use both natural (ballyhoo) and artificial bait to lure them in; depending on the season, the weather and most importantly where the bites have been better we could go to 3 different fishing grounds in the area, the south end of the island, the north end of the island or across the Yucatan Channel to the coast of the Mayan Riviera. Thanks to the characteristics of the zone making the drop off just a few hundred yards from the land you will be able to enjoy beautiful sights while fishing like white sandy beaches and lagoon areas. Bottom Fishing: Snapper, Grouper, Amberjacks, Barracuda, Triggerfish and other species; Done in the north end of the island or across the Yucatán Channel along the coast of the Mayan Riviera outside the limits of the National Marine Park; you can use spinning gear or, if you want a more exciting adventure, a hand line to fight with these reef gamefish; sometimes weighting the line to get it to the bottom and others letting it sink slowly to target jacks, barracuda or triggerfish. Spearfishing: Private Freediving Spearfishing Charter from novices to experts; we will take you to reefs on the north end of the island or across the Yucatan Channel to the coast of the Mayan Riviera outside the limits of the National Marine Park to hunt for snapper, grouper, hogfish, jacks and many other species; depending on your experience we will visit 30-40ft, 40-60ft or more than 60ft reefs. You will be guided by experienced free diving spearfishermen, a maximum of 2 hunters are included in the charter price, additional hunter 180us; Includes gear and licenses; If you have your own gear you are welcomed to use it.
