The renter agrees to sign a rental agreement that states -Agrees to return the boat with the given initial amount of fuel OR payment at end of rental to pay for fuel reimbursement at 90 Octane:$5.250, tax included - Fuel is calculated by the percentage of the gas remaining. - Smoking is NOT allowed on the boat - Alcohol is allowed in the boat but the operator is not recommended to drink more than 1 alcoholic beverage. - Drug abuse is strictly forbidden on any rental and will result in an immediate cancelation. - The renter should be fully aware of any damages or claims for additional expenses immediately if involved in an accident under the renter's care. The renter should immediately notify the owner/host of the accident. - The renter is born on or after January 1, 1988 and knows how to operate a boat OR the renter has an active Florida Boating License.
