Yacht Rental Terms: We abide by USCG and Bareboat charter policies: our legal capacity is no more than 12 guests not including crew members. Captain/Crew, if you elect the ones we provide, are paid by you, but their per hour fee is included in the pricing on this GetMyBoat platform. We must allow you the option to hire your own captain if you so elect, but if you do so, this is at your own expense and must follow under experience/ insurance guidelines. Because of food and beverage laws, we are unable to provide any, but alcohol, food, and drinks are permitted on board at your own risk/liability. Gratuity of at least 10% is recommended at the end of your charter. The Viking Princess charters rain or shine. Only in the event of inclement weather that poses a safety risk will we cancel or reschedule a reservation. Renter must be at least 21 years of age. A photocopy of the renter's ID and eSign bareboat contract must be completed prior to scheduled charter date. Max capacity is 12 guests per USCG regulations. Smoking, vapes, illegal drugs, red wine elicit behavior of any kind is prohibited and will lead to forfeiture of Charter.
