Rental Terms Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please review the following before booking: - A 3-hour minimum rental is required. Additional time may be added during booking or, if available, during your trip. - The boat comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. Please provide an accurate guest count before your trip. - A professional captain is included with every rental so you can relax and enjoy your day. - Your rental includes all required safety equipment, life jackets, wake surfboards, wakeboards, tubing equipment, a cooler stocked with ice, and a premium Bluetooth sound system. - Rental time begins at your scheduled booking time, regardless of your party’s arrival time. Please arrive early to ensure you receive your full time on the water. - No shoes are permitted on the boat. Sandals, flip-flops, or slides are welcome but must be removed before stepping aboard to help protect the boat’s flooring and upholstery. - Weather-related cancellations due to unsafe conditions (lightning, high winds, or severe storms) may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion. - Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled rental rate. - No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the scheduled rental rate. - Guests are expected to treat the boat with care. The renter is responsible for any intentional or negligent damage that occurs during the rental. - No illegal drugs or unlawful behavior will be tolerated. The captain reserves the right to end the trip without refund if any guest’s behavior creates an unsafe environment. - Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 years of age or older. Please drink responsibly. No glass containers are allowed on board. - We proudly host birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family outings, sunset cruises, Party Cove trips, and special events.
