In the case of cancellation or no-show on the day of the charter, the client will lose the full amount paid. The client is also liable for any cancelation fees related to confirmed add-ons and extras. In the case of adverse weather conditions such as rain, strong winds and waves, or thunderstorms, The company reserves the right to cancel the charter. In each case, the captain will determine on the day whether it is safe to go ahead with the charter. If it is not possible to reschedule the charter, a full refund will be offered.
