⛅ Weather Cancellations: If unsafe weather conditions (lightning, heavy rain, or high winds) prevent your rental from taking place, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Weather decisions are made the day of your rental. ⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Your rental time starts at the scheduled time, not arrival time. We allow a 15-minute grace period. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. 🦺 Safety First: - Life jackets are provided and must be worn by children under 13 at all times. - The renter must be 21+ with valid ID (or 18+ with a valid boater's license). - No reckless driving, intoxication, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated. 📵 Prohibited Items: - No glass containers - No smoking onboard - No pets (unless pre-approved) ⚓ Boat Rules: - Max capacity: 12 people - Shoes off on upholstery - Clean up all trash before return - No beaching the boat or entering restricted zones 💥 Damage & Cleaning: Any significant damage or excessive mess will result in additional charges.
