🚤  Rental Terms for SUN TRACKER PARTY BARGE® 16 DLX Thank you for considering our pontoon for your day on the water! Please review the following terms to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience: ✅  What’s Included - 2025 SUN TRACKER PB16 16 DLX pontoon boat - Full tank of fuel (included in rental) - Safety equipment (life jackets for adults & children) - Bimini top for shade - Bluetooth stereo system - Cooler available upon request (free of charge) ⏱️  Rental Duration - Half-day: 4 hours - Full-day: 8 hours - Custom time blocks available upon request - Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing 📍  Pickup & Return Location - Location sent after booking confirmation - Late returns may result in a late fee of $50 per 30 minutes. 🧾  Requirements - Must be at least 21 years old to rent - Valid government-issued ID required - Must sign liability waiver before departure - No boating license required if a captain is included 👨‍✈️  Captain Policy - Boat can be rented with or without a captain - If you do not select a captain, you must demonstrate basic boating knowledge at check-in - Captain fee (if selected) is included in final price 🚫  Rules & Safety - No smoking on board - No glass containers - No pets unless approved in advance - Alcohol is permitted in moderation; intoxicated driving is strictly prohibited - Life jackets must be worn at all times by children under 13 (per state law) 🧼  Cleaning & Damage Policy - Please return the boat in the same condition it was rented - Excessive mess may result in a $75 cleaning fee - Renter is responsible for any damage caused during rental 🌦️  Weather Policy - If weather is unsafe (lightning, high winds, etc.), you will receive a full refund or reschedule - Light rain does not qualify for cancellation 💸  Cancellation Policy - Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before rental - 50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before - No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of rental
