Thrilling Sea-Doo Rental on Lake Norman

A $300 fully-refundable security deposit is required per Jet Ski and must be paid with a valid credit card. Requirements and Notices: - A 15 minute grace period is allowed for rental returns at the end of your reservation time. After that, $50 will be deducted from your security deposit + $5 per each additional minute you are over your scheduled time - Jet ski drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license - Jet ski passengers must be at least 5 years old - If a passenger is under 18 years of age, then the driver of the Jet Ski must be at least 21 years old - Each Jet Ski can hold up to 2 passengers, but the combined weight must not exceed 400 lbs.  - Signed liability waivers are required for all drivers and passengers and all minors must have their waivers signed by their legal parent or guardian. - All drivers and passengers must wear the appropriate swim/water wear while on the Jet Ski. Life jackets will be provided. - We are not liable for damages to nor loss of any personal items nor electronics. - No alcohol consumption nor smoking while on the Jet Skis.  - Both the driver and passenger must be and remain in an unintoxicated state - All jet skis must be returned at the end of reservation with a gas level equivalent to what it was upon checkout   CANCELLATION POLICY: Minimum Cancellation Fee: $50 per unit - Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a refund of the rental fees and security deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee per unit - Reservations cancelled within 4-6 days of the scheduled departure time will allow for a 50% refund of the rental fee + the full amount of the security deposit. - Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled departure time will allow for a 35% refund of the rental fee + the full amount of the security deposit. - Reservations cancelled within 24-48 hours of scheduled departure time will allow for a 20% refund of the rental fee + the full amount of the security deposit. - No-shows and reservations that are cancelled the day of the scheduled reservation will not be eligible for any refund of the rental fees. However, the security deposit will be returned. - There will be no form of refunds, cancellations or re-schedules allowed once the boat leaves the dock. WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: Weather-related cancellations will only be called the morning of the booking and no sooner in advance due to possible changes in the forecast. If extreme or unsafe weather conditions prevent a trip from taking place, guests are allowed to re-schedule their booking for another date within 30 days of the initially reserved date. If a new date is not booked within the 30 days, no refund will be offered. If we’re unable to secure another date for your trip (for example, if guests are from out of town), a full refund will be provided, including the security deposit.   LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: The rental fee charged will be the amount quoted at the time of reservation regardless of whether or not the guests’ arrival time allows for the full boating time to be met.
