*WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY* - Cancelations due to weather conditions need to be done 6 hours prior to the departure of the trip. - 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location valid for reschedule - BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY - Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location - BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY - Customer should be on time or at least 10 minutes before starting time if they arrive late they’ll lose that time of the charter- This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip! - if customer arrive 45 minutes or more than 45 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel without refounds considering an ”no show” .
