JET SKI RENTAL TERMS & AGREEMENT 1. Renter Requirements - Minimum Age: Renter must be at least [Minimum Age] years old. - Driver’s License: A valid government-issued driver’s license is required to operate the jet ski. - Boater’s Safety Certificate: Required for renters born after [Date, if applicable by state law]. - Liability Waiver: All riders must sign a waiver before operating the jet ski. 2.
