Suitable for all levels as we teach how to SUP on land first up to the ASI standards. Then we paddle along the wild, beautiful coast between Lagos and Sagres, which is part of a Natural Park. There are huge caves to stand up paddle and some smaller ones to swim in for some adventure. We can also do a couple of cliff jumps for added adrenaline. Pictures of the trip are included!
