Departure and return from Lagos Marina unless otherwise agreed. • Fuel is included in the advertised price. • Complimentary snacks, water, soft drinks, wine, and sparkling wine are provided on board. • The charter includes the use of stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling equipment, towels, and onboard amenities • The captain reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the trip if weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe. • In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. • Guests are requested to arrive 5 minutes before departure. • No-shows or late arrivals may result in a shortened charter without refund. • Shoes may be removed before boarding to help protect the vessel. • Children are welcome and must be supervised by their accompanying adults at all times.
