This Carolina Cat isn't your normal tiny, cramped and uncomfortable bay boat! It is MUCH larger than a normal 18' boat, much more stable, and the hull only draws 7" so you can get back where the big fish live! The boat has a ladder for boarding from the water, a stereo system, livewell for bait and a huge bow sun pad to stand while fishing or lay on for sunbathing! Where we'll go You will start your voyage in Venetian Isles in NE St Petersburg just a 10-minute boat ride to a short boat ride from the amazing St. Petersburg Pier where you can enjoy an amazing walk around the pier and enjoy the spectacular views of the bay and the downtown skyline. You can also enjoy one of the dozens of waterfront restaurants, or anchor up at one of the amazing sandbars and float the day away! The boat is super centrally located Weedon Island Sandbar, Beer Can Island, and even our super-secret spot Sand Dollar Sandbar where you are virtually guaranteed to get all the sand dollars you want! Some of our favorite restaurants an easy boat ride away include The Getaway, Fresco’s, The Vinoy, The Big Catch, and the dozens of restaurants on downtown St. Petersburg’s Beach Drive and the St. Petersburg Pier.
