We had the best time with Captain Matt for our company’s 40th anniversary outing on the Toronto Harbour! From the start, everything was easy — clear pick-up instructions, smooth boarding, and such a welcoming vibe. We had to reschedule a couple of times, and he was so understanding every step of the way. He even brought us ice on super short notice, which was a lifesaver. On the water, he adjusted the speed and atmosphere to match our group perfectly, making it feel both fun and relaxed. Micheal was super amazing, patient and kind with myself and group. We travelled with two kids under 3, and he was sure of their safety / well being throughout the journey and insured we enjoyed ourselves. He provided us water bottles for hydration, parked at the perfect spot for the air show and though we were very late for our reservation he was willing to accommodate and wait for us. Really appreciate Micheal and I recommend anyone who wants a peaceful experience to go with him
