Terms and Conditions of Service for Captain's Choice LLC Boat Rental: Agreement: By booking a boat rental with Captain's Choice LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service.Eligibility: To rent a boat from Captain's Choice LLC, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license or government-issued identification. Payment: All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. A deposit may be required at the discretion of Captain's Choice LLC. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental cost. If you fail to show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full rental cost. Safety: Captain's Choice LLC takes the safety of our customers seriously. You must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your rental. Use of Boat: You agree to use the boat only for recreational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the boat for any commercial or illegal purposes. You are responsible for the boat and any damages incurred during the rental period. Insurance: Captain's Choice LLC carries liability insurance that covers our boats and customers. However, we recommend that you have your own insurance coverage. If we cancel a rental, you will receive a full refund.
