Important Policies Affecting Bookings Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: • Weather Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., lightning, high winds, very heavy rain), we may reschedule or issue a full refund at our discretion. • Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Charters begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water, and no-shows are non-refundable. • Safety Considerations: All guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and required for all minors and non-swimmers. • Boat Rules: No smoking, glass containers, or illegal substances allowed onboard. Alcohol is permitted in moderation for guests 21+, but intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated. • Damage & Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damage to the boat or excessive messes that require special cleaning. • Watersports Safety Notice Participating in watersports behind a boat—such as wakesurfing, wakeboarding, Kneeboarding, Skiing or tubing—can be thrilling but also involves inherent risks. You assume all responsibility for your well-being when participating in water sports and your actions wile on the boat that lead to any injury. • Always listen to the captain and spotter’s instructions before, during, and after your ride. • Wear a life jacket at all times while in the water—no exceptions! • Stay clear of the propeller and engine area at all times. • If you fall, raise one hand to signal you’re okay and wait for the boat to circle back before moving.
