Cancellation Policy 10-day notice from your reservation time last day is required if you decide to cancel. We need time to rebook your time/date or we reserve the right to fully charge you for your reservation. Cancellation must be through GetMyBoat and not by telephone. There are no cancellations on holidays on holiday weekends. No captions. Please plan carefully. A $500 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages or extreme clean-ups due to vomit or food being ground into the boat, but your card will not be charged at all unless damages occur.  A 20% mandatory tip for your captain can be made directly to your captain at the end of your charter. We reserve the right to charge your security deposit if you forget or fail to tip your captain. There are NO cancellations on holidays or holiday weekends. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly. Weather Policy: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation, not a weather forecast showing the possibility of them. You have the option of touring in light rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation. 7 day forecasts will not be considered for cancellation. Forecasts change daily and we will only accept a 12 hour forecast from the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. there is no charge if cancellation is determined.
