A new self storing design has been developed for the companionway board; it simply drops down or can be left in the half open position for ventilation. The transom stairs hinge up for access to or launching the life raft without having to leave the cockpit. Two deep lazarettes and a large cockpit locker provide plenty of storage for safety gear, fenders, etc. Factory option davits have a capacity of 350 kg, enough for a modern full size RIB with the steering station and the outboard.
