Boat Maintenance-Related Cancellations: - We are committed to maintaining our fleet to the highest standards for the safety and satisfaction of our customers. - In the rare event that a boat becomes unavailable due to unexpected maintenance issues, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement. If a replacement is not possible, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Client-Requested Cancellations: - Clients who wish to cancel a reservation for reasons other than weather or maintenance issues must provide at least 48 hour notice before the scheduled departure time. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Communication: - In the event of a cancellation, we will promptly notify clients via the contact information provided during the booking process. - We encourage clients to reach out to us in case of any uncertainties or if they need assistance with rescheduling.
