We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or necessary boat maintenance, can impact your plans. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following policy: Weather-Related Cancellations: - In the event of adverse weather conditions that may compromise the safety of the voyage, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. - We closely monitor weather forecasts and will make a determination at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. - If a cancellation is deemed necessary due to weather, clients will be offered the option to reschedule their booking for a later date or receive a full refund. Boat Maintenance-Related Cancellations: - We are committed to maintaining our fleet to the highest standards for the safety and satisfaction of our customers. - In the rare event that a boat becomes unavailable due to unexpected maintenance issues, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement. If a replacement is not possible, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Client-Requested Cancellations: - Clients who wish to cancel a reservation for reasons other than weather or maintenance issues must provide at least 48 hour notice before the scheduled departure time. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Communication: - In the event of a cancellation, we will promptly notify clients via the contact information provided during the booking process. - We encourage clients to reach out to us in case of any uncertainties or if they need assistance with rescheduling. By booking with us, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
