We have very straight forward rental terms. Always be safe on the water! Our captain's reserves the right to cancel the trip at any point if he feels the group is out of control or someone is too intoxicated and could are putting others in danger.  Cancellation policy details:  7-day notice from your reservation time last day is required if you decide to cancel. We need time to rebook your time/date or we reserve the right to fully charge you for your reservation. Cancellation must be through GetMyBoat and not by telephone. ******There are no cancellations on holidays on holiday weekends. Please plan carefully.****** Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit is authorized at the time of booking for any damages, extreme clean-ups due to vomit, or food being ground into the boat, but your card will not be charged at all unless damages occur.  Tipping Your Captain: Our captains put a lot of time an effort into giving you the best and safest experience on the water. They also haul, launch, retrieve, and haul back the boat back to our storage location at the end of the day. None of this is a part of the captain fee in the general pricing. We ask you to please tip 15% to 20% to your captains for their service and hard work. Although we do everything we can to avoid this, we still reserve the right to charge your security deposit if you forget or fail to tip your captain and we feel your reasoning or negligence to do so in uncaused. Weather Policy: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation, not a weather forecast showing the possibility of them. You have the option of touring in light rain. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation. 7 day forecasts will not be considered for cancellation. Forecasts change daily and we will only accept a 12 hour forecast from the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. there is no charge if cancellation is determined and we will do our best to get you rescheduled ASAP!
