NSB Boat Charters and Captain Austen welcome you aboard! Enjoy New Smyrna and Ponce Inlet waters aboard this 24' tri-toon with 150hp. - See dolphins🐬, manatee and sometimes 🐢turtles. - ⛱️Visit multiple stops - sandbar hopping, 🌅Sunset Tours, 🎉party time. Head to the inlet and hang on a sandbar or run south to JBs for a rum drink! - SUNSET CRUISES, enjoy the water after all the other rental boat companies want their boats back at 5pm. - 📝 Captain Austen: USCG 100ton license means you can relax. Licensed and insured. - 🏝️⛱️ Beach toys! Huge 20’ long floating mat for chilling. Bucket and shovels for the kids. - 🛟 Life jackets: we have multiple child size life jackets... and of course all the other necessary adult life jackets and safety equipment. - ⚓️ power pole makes easy anchoring and large bimini provides lots of shade! - 🔊Bluetooth sound system. Connect and play your tunes - BYO, pack a cooler with your own 🍹drinks, 🍺 beer, 🍾 seltzers... whatever you like. Avoid glass if you can just in case it breaks and shatters. - 🚙 + 🚢Pick up and Drop off: New Smyrna North Causeway boat ramp. gps cords: 170 North Causeway, New Smyrna. - 🅿️ Parking: FREE to Volusia county residents, apply for the parking pass. (Dsparkingportal.com/newsmyrnabeach) or pay at metered parking $10/ vehicle/day. This very well kept and maintained boat has tons of comfortable seating all around and it is in great shape. The power pole makes beaching at the sandbars a breeze. Large bimini covers 60% of the boat (aft to just forward of midship). Garmin chart plotter helps with navigation... as you know the sandbars move around all the time at our inlet so use the previous tracks to help guide you but also rely on your visual navigation, charts and depth sounder. If you are unsure of your boating skills I am happy to do some coaching with you before you take the boat out or better yet hire a captain. Dirking and driving on the water will get you a BUI (boating under the influence). Just don't drink if your the captain. If you plan to drink then hire a captain. All passengers will be required to sign a liability waiver.

My family has our boat captained and it was such a wonderful experience! The communication was on point..the captain was awesome and taught us so many things about boats and the area. We got to see so many dolphins and were able to get off on one of the little islands and get into the water. Such a blast and we are so in awe of The Lord’s Creation.. and Austen and his boat and captain allowed us to experience the goodness and beauty of God. Thank you Austen so much!!!

Cancellation policy: - Rain Delay: We understand that a little rain can be concerning when you're planning a cruising adventure. However, if it looks like the rain clouds are just passing through and the skies are expected to clear within the next 30 minutes, we won't let a brief shower ruin your plans! Instead, we'll simply wait on the dock until the weather clears and we're ready to set sail. Your comfort and safety are our priority! - If we Cancel: : If NSB Boat Charters gives notice to cancel for any reason then NSB Boat Charters shall reimburse the charterer for the full amount of all payments made by the charterer. - If you Cancel: If the charterer cancels the agreement less than 72 hours before the charter period commences, funds already paid (deposit), shall remain due and payable to NSB Boat Charters, subject to the following provision. NSB Boat Charters shall use reasonable efforts to rebook the yacht for all or part of the Charter Period. If the yacht is rebooked the charter fee payments shall be refunded to the charterer. If the charterer cancels this Agreement more than 72 hours before the Charter Period commences, funds already paid shall be refunded to the charterer. - Get My Boat acts as a market place but they don't create a contract or liability waiver. I will provide a Liability waiver for each guest to fill out before the trip starts and I will also provide a contract for the head charterer to fill out. Some Rules/ guidelines: - No spray sunscreen, it can stain the seats - No glass bottles please - Please remove shoes when you board - All children are the responsibility of the their parent or guardian and supervision is the guardian's responsibility not the crew. - No firearms are allowed onboard - For captained trips gratuities are appreciated and accepted much like a restaurant 15%- 20% of charter fee.
