1. Weather Policy Your safety is our top priority. - Charters may be rescheduled or canceled at the sole discretion of the captain due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to: - - High winds - Heavy rain or storms - Lightning - Unsafe water conditions - If the captain determines conditions are unsafe: - - Guests will be offered the option to reschedule based on availability - If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit may be issued at management’s discretion - Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify as unsafe weather and charters will proceed as scheduled. 2. Captain Authority & Safety - The captain has full authority over the vessel at all times. - The captain reserves the right to: - - Adjust the route or itinerary for safety reasons - Enforce all onboard rules - Terminate the charter immediately if guest behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate - In the event of termination due to guest behavior: - - No refunds will be issued 3. Guest Conduct To ensure a premium experience for all: - Guests must behave in a respectful and responsible manner - The following are strictly prohibited: - - Illegal drugs or substances - Excessive intoxication - Aggressive, disorderly, or unsafe behavior - Damage to the vessel or equipment - Any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges. 4. Alcohol & Food - Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+ only - Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly - We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the charter if safety becomes a concern due to intoxication 5. Boarding & Arrival - Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled charter time - Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without refund 6. Footwear & Vessel Care - Guests may be asked to remove shoes to protect the vessel - Please avoid: - - Red wine or staining substances unless approved - Any items that may damage upholstery or finishes 7. Capacity & Safety Regulations - The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed by law and the vessel’s licensing - All guests must follow crew instructions at all times 8. Personal Belongings - We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items - Guests are encouraged to secure valuables 9. Cancellations & Rescheduling - All cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking - Weather-related changes will follow the Weather Policy outlined above 10. Agreement to Terms By booking a charter, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
