Before Your Trip: Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for check-in, document verification, and a brief safety orientation. Please remember to: - Bring a valid photo ID for all boat operators. - Wear comfortable clothing and bring sunscreen and sunglasses. - Feel free to bring snacks and beverages; however, glass containers are not permitted. - Follow all safety instructions provided during your orientation. - Review and sign all required waivers attached to this email before your trip whenever possible. The Yamaha AR220 has a maximum capacity of 10 passengers, although we recommend 8 passengers for greater comfort. If anyone will be operating or using a personal watercraft or participating in water-sports activities, identification may be required for each participant. Fuel: Fuel is not included in the reservation price. You will only be responsible for the fuel consumed during your rental. Optional Water-Sports & Jet Ski Equipment If you add water-sports equipment to your reservation, an additional $150 refundable security deposit may be required. If you add a Jet Ski, a separate $150 refundable security deposit is required. Required Waivers: Please review and sign all required waivers attached to this email before your scheduled departure. Copies will also be available at check-in if needed. Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy Security deposits are refundable following completion of the rental and final inspection, provided there are no damages, missing equipment, unpaid fuel charges, late-return fees, towing or recovery expenses, or other incident-related charges. Approved security-deposit refunds will be processed the same day following the final inspection. Same-day customer cancellations are nonrefundable. If we must cancel your reservation, any applicable reservation payment will be refunded. If unsafe weather or water conditions prevent your trip, you may choose to reschedule for another available date or receive a refund of the applicable reservation deposit. Late Return Policy The vessel must be returned to the designated return location by the scheduled return time listed above. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Returns more than 15 minutes late are subject to a $150 late-return fee. Additional charges may apply when a late return interferes with another scheduled reservation or results in additional operating expenses. Create Your Boat Playlist!
