⚓ Safety First - All passengers must remain seated while the vessel is in motion. - Diving or jumping from the yacht is strictly prohibited at all times. - The use or possession of illegal drugs is not permitted on board. - Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to board for safety reasons. 🕒 Trip Schedule & Punctuality - Your trip begins at the scheduled start time selected at booking. - Late arrivals will reduce total trip time to avoid conflicts with other reservations. - Maximum wait time is 1 hour. After that, the trip will be considered cancelled without refund. 🌊 Weather Policy - During a USCG Small Craft Advisory, trips will be canceled for safety. - A 75% refund will be issued for weather-related cancellations under official advisories. 🛟 Our Commitment The safety of our passengers and crew is our top priority.
