I understand this boat was under maintenance so Moraima was acting as an intermediary. Our booking was done here but the captain was a separate person, Tito, who provided excellent service. Very flexible and knowledgeable. The boat is simple, nothing fancy, but more than enough to enjoy the quiet water around there. We stopped on an island for lunch, very pleasant day.
Memorable experience and captain was very flexible with what we wanted to do. Excellent communication throughout the planning of the trip. Some important things to note: Captain has limited English as the majority of us spoke Spanish. Rum drinks were not served as promised in description. We were brought to a store to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Snack provided was pineapple. Highly recommend bringing your snacks as you get hungry on the water.
Capt. Frank was a joy to have and he provided a wonderful fishing experience. His joy of catching fish and working hard to get you on that fish was knowledgeable and competent. He enjoys his time fishing and engaging in a good experience.
Moraima's hospitality and attention to detail were immense. She is very knowledgeable on the area and the small islands. She ensured my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. It was my boyfriend's first time visiting the island.
It was a nice tour and the captain was very friendly. The captain did his best given the weather conditions, but that is weather in PR is very unpredictable. I suggest getting to diving center at least 30 minutes early depending on how big your party is to allow time for snorkel fitting and transport back to launch point. Take lots of sun screen.
Captain Frank was great!!! Caught a monster 80 Tarpon. Highly recommended!!! Thanks again Frank.
