Enjoy Stand Up Paddleboarding in Atouguia da Baleia, Leiria! o Beginner SUP Lesson 1.5 Hours: €35 EUR Peniche is a peninsula and we can always find calm water suitable for SUP on either the north or the south side. There is also calm lakes nearby where we normally go if it´s the first time you try stand up paddle. Lesson Includes: - Warm up - Gear: SUP board, paddle, leash and wetsuit if needed - Transport - Entering/Exit the board - Insurance safely - Proper turnings - Paddle technique - How to get up on the board if you fall into the water - Playtime o SUP Lesson Half Day in Obidós Lagoon – Including BBQ Lunch:  Minimum Requirement: - Minimum 4 pax for with lunch - Minimum 2 pax for without lunch This lagoon stretches to a maximum lenght of 6 kilometers and a width that varies from 1 to 1,5 kilometers. It´s surrounded by quiet walks and beautiful cycle tracks. The Lagoon of Óbidos has a very sensitive ecological ecosystem. After the lesson it´s possible to enjoy a glass of local wine and fresh clams (from the Lagoon!) in the restaurant located next to the lake.
