Hop aboard for a private sailing boat trip from Lisbon along the Tagus River. You can enjoy the Portuguese capital in peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, aboard a boat all to yourself. During the cruise, there will also be a swimming stop in the calm waters of the river as you admire the city skyline unfolding before you. At the port of Belém, you will meet the skipper ready to welcome you on the boat and give you advice on a possible itinerary to follow. During the navigation, you will be provided with an e-book where you will find the history and information regarding the city's most celebrated attractions, starting with the famous Tower of Belém, an old control tower, a symbol of the commercial importance that the Portuguese capital possessed in the past. We recommend heading along the east side of the coast, where we will observe the imposing Discoveries Monument, and the famous 25 de Abril Bridge, one of the city's landmarks. Continuing on, we will come across the MAAT (Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology) and the Electricity Museum, with their modern architecture intertwined with the historic towers and battlements of the old city. We will also manage to catch a glimpse of the medieval-era Old Cathedral all the way to the Alfama district, one of the most characteristic and ancient areas of Lisbon, which is distinguished by its steep cobbled streets and historic buildings. Before returning to the starting point, you can also take advantage of a refreshing swim in the river.
