Im Captain Fred Lackey im a 100 ton master captain licensed by coastguard and Twic card and Maritime consortium card holder. 20 plus years experience. 6 years experience in Fajardo PR waters. I did hair makeup and special effects on over 40 feature films like robo cop before Im famous not rich. In my early days. Im from Dallas TX area originally I'm in Puerto Rico now 7 years. We go the exyra yard for my guest.. 8ft water float with trapeze net, snorkeling gear, noodles.. Come enjoy the blue water's.
