Important Booking Policies & Guidelines To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before booking: Booking Policy - Please reserve at least 24 hours in advance to ensure boat, captain and trip details can be confirmed. - Make sure to contact seller in case of questions or doubts. - Cancellations must be done 72 hours in advance for a full refund. - Minimum of 4 hours required for each reservation. Weather & Sea Conditions - Safety is our top priority. If weather or sea conditions are unsafe for navigation, the captain may cancel or reschedule the trip. - In the event of a weather-related cancellation by the captain, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. - Light rain or cloudy conditions are common in Puerto Rico and do not qualify for cancellation if conditions are safe to sail. Arrival Time / No‑Shows - Guests are asked to arrive 20-30 minutes before departure. - Charters depart as scheduled. Late arrivals will not extend the trip time, and no refunds will be issued for late or no‑show bookings. - Failure to arrive without notice is considered a no‑show and is non‑refundable. Safety Considerations - All guests must follow instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times. - Children 2 & up must be supervised by an adult at all times. Contact us to confirm the age of minors. - Life jackets and safety equipment are available onboard. - The captain reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption if safety becomes a concern. Boat Rules - No shoes onboard (recommended for comfort and safety). - No illegal drugs or substances permitted. - Smoking is allowed only in designated areas and subject to crew approval. - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence. Food & Drinks - Food and drinks are included as part of the experience provided by a restaurant at the marina. - Outside food or beverages are typically allowed, but please confirm in advance. - Excessive intoxication that affects safety may result in early termination of the charter without a refund. Respect & Care - Please treat the yacht and marine environment with care. - Littering or harmful behavior toward wildlife or coral is strictly prohibited.
