Enjoy stand up paddle boarding in Rest Bay, Porthcawl! Our stand up paddle surfing takes place in Rest Bay Porthcawl or at the more sheltered waters of Newton and Trecco Bay. These are some of Wales’s best surfing beaches. At the moment we are here in Porthcawl, we are the first SUP school in Wales. With qualified and experienced ASI and Surfing GB instructors who will give you their dedicated attention and hopefully start you off on a new lifelong surfing passion. Stand Up Paddle Surfing is so easy to learn and open to everyone. Just simply paddling around on the board is great fun. With SUP surfing you can travel good distances with relative ease, a great way to discover our amazing and beautiful coastline. Price: Full Paddle Boarding Day (10 am - 4 pm): - From only £60 per person Price includes safety introduction, full SUP lesson and tips, wave catching session, equipment.

It has been running activities here for nearly ten years. We are a dedicated activity centre based in Porthcawl, only 20 minutes drive from Cardiff city centre, offering a range of activities and facilities. A former pro surf skier on the world tour and head beach Lifeguard, I have a passion for passing my skills and training onto others. I hold high level qualifications in surf kayaking, surfing instruction and Stand Up Paddle surfing. Arrival: - Unless otherwise arranged, participants need to arrive at the centre 15 minutes prior to your activity start time. Safety: - All members of an activity group must comply with regulations and instructors instructions. Should the safety of yourself or others be jeopardized by any person, then that person will be asked to leave the activity.
