Windsurfing is not only a sport but encompasses different meanings, it is passion, it is life, it is respect for nature, you challenge yourself to improve every day, it is the sacrifice but also fun, friendship, freedom. Technically and physically helps and enhances your coordination skills, imagination and motor balance swing phase, you will learn to listen to the wind, the board and the sail but especially your body.  Know the sea, the winds and the rules of behavior on the water, the materials and all the little secrets to learn to surf independently and safely, have fun. You can choose your path from 'ABC of Wind Surf until you get to the more advanced stages of FUN BOARD or Free Style, passing through a series of targets that will be set from time to time. Windsurfing Stages: • Private Stage: - Basic, intermediate and advanced to get the most out of your experience. • ABC Stage: - From basic theoretical concepts, the winds and the safety rules will bring you to practice with the basic position and the gait, the first tacks and gybes, the discovery of the various gaits, and rest - the fast tack and the departure from beach, up to the lateral thrust and the use of the trapezoid. • Stage FUN/FS: - You will learn to manage the board in strong wind conditions, feet in the straps, gliding, water start and first maneuvers.
