BARE BOAT CHARTER: Rules and Conditions The person Responsible of the bare boat charter has the obligation of inspecting the boat and verify its condition. This process must be carried out before the navigation started or must be done before departure time. We provide 4 different skippers or expert guides for your trip: 1) Luis Rivas: 40 years old - 10 years of experience as a Boat Guide or Captain. Two years of sailing experience in Miami, FL. 2) Victor Landaeta: 35 years old - 6 years experience as a Boat Guide or Captain. Three years of sailing experience in Miami, FL. 3) Humberto Viera: 42 years old - More than ten years of experience as a Boat Guide or Captain. Three years of experience sailing in Miami. 4) Charles T: 29 years old - More than 6 years experience as a Boat Guide or Captain. Four years of experience sailing in Miami, FL. -Charterer (person responsible of the boat) Must pay the Expert Guide selected DIRECTLY at the moment of the Trip. -You are free to decide which Boat Guide to choose to be responsible for a safe and responsible navigation on the day of your trip. -Although not mandatory, it will be highly appreciated to include on the payment a tip for the captain, from 10% to 15% of the price. -Beers in glass bottle are not ALLOWED - Take Off shoes before boarding - No Glasses beaker. -No extra coolers. We will Provide you the Coolers with full ice and waters - Any kind of weapon is not admitted on Board. - do not jump, use the stairs. - Pet Friendly -Children under 10 years old must wear life jacket US Coast Guard approved, Mandatory. -If the client dirties the boat with: vomiting, excess food on the floor or alcohol, he will have to pay a monetary penalty estimated at $500 -The Owner is not responsible for the weather changes.
