PRIVATE LUXURY SUNSET TRIPS TO DIA ISLAND * From April 1 to August 31: Duration 5.5 h / Starts at 15:30 * From September 1 to October 15: Duration 5.5 h / Starts at 15:00 * From October 16 to November 15: Duration 5.5 h / Starts at 11:00 *The sailboat can host up to 16 guests. The price displayed refers to groups up to 10 guests. * For groups from 11 to 14 guests there is an extra charge of 130 euros (in total - not per guest). * For groups from 15 to 16 guests there is an extra charge of 230 euros (in total - not per guest). * Small group discounts may be available upon request. TRIP OVERVIEW Embark on a cruise from Heraklion to the uninhabited and Natura 2000 protected island of Dia. Enjoy a completely private sailing tour and take in views of the wonderful coastline. Meet your guide and board an expansive (16.15 m. long, 4,80 m. wide), luxurious, sailboat, with ample front decks, an oversized cockpit and sitting area, and spacious internal areas. As you sail towards Dia, learn of the local myths and legends of the island, like how it was created by Zeus, the God of the sky. Once you reach the island's wind protected coves, take your time to swim in the Cretan waters, fish, snorkel, or try out paddleboarding. Alternatively, stay on the boat and enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer. Suntan on the massive front deck, and even take a little snooze on the comfortable, high-quality mattresses. Upon arrival, you may enjoy beer, and a variety of soft drinks. Later on, the crew will serve a delicious, authentic Mediterranean meal, fragrant white wine, and a variety of  seasonal fresh fruits. As you cruise back to the old Venetian harbor you may release your mind and let your romantic summer dreams become real while watching the stellar sunset and twilight under the brilliant starlit Cretan sky and capturing the magic moments, feeling relaxed, delighted, and totally refreshed. INCLUSIONS - Experienced crew, Taxes, End cleaning fee - Fuel - Mediterranean menu (Pasta with shrimps in tomato sauce, Greek salad) - Seasonal fresh fruits - Soft drinks, water, white wine, beer - 2 x SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) - Plenty of snorkeling sets - Fishing rods EXCLUSIONS - Hotel pickup and drop-off - Beach towels SAILBOAT HIGHLIGHTS - Name: TREATON - Model: Elan Impression 514 / Built in 2012 / Expansively renovated in 2024 and 2025 (new engine, new rigging, new mainsail, new genoa, new pipe valves, new internal couch fabrics, new cockpit cushions, new deck mattresses etc.) - Luxurious, 53 ft (16.15 m long. 4,80 m wide) sailboat, one of the largest, safest, and most comfortable in Heraklion port (especially under windy weather conditions) - The open sitting / cockpit area is extremely roomy, the most spacious (by far) in the yacht’s class - The spacious cockpit table - The opening aft platform and the three unfolding steps provide an extensive swimming and entertainment area - The underwater night lighting in the stern - Ample sunbathing areas on the front deck, equipped with comfortable, 10 cm thick, high - quality mattresses - Deck and cockpit floor is solid teak wood. - The retractable BESENZONI gangway is exceedingly helpful and convenient while getting in and out of the yacht - The extra fridge at the cockpit table. - The hot / cold water shower at the swimming platform - The roomy and cozy main lounge - Electric toilets with showers IMPORTANT INFO - All our daily trips depart from Heraklion Port and return to Heraklion Port. - Please kindly consider that the cruise is not suitable for people with mobility impairments or wheelchair users. - Please kindly inform us if there are babies or kids under 4 years old and how many to confirm that we meet the required safety norms. - Disembarkation on Dia Island is not allowed due to environmental related issues. Still, swimming or paddleboarding from the boat to the shore is allowed, allowing guests to spend some time on the island if they wish. - Modifications to the trip schedule may be applied depending on weather conditions. - In case the trip must be cancelled due to severe weather conditions you will be offered an alternative day. If no other date can be found, you will get a full refund. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS You may cancel your trip anytime, for any reason. Notice of a request for a cancellation must be sent in writing (via e-mail). Our refund policy on cancellations is as follows: - More than 30 days before check-in: No charge. - Between 30 and 15 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. - Less than 15 days before check-in: 0% of the deposit will be refunded. However, If the boat is re-booked for the same date the client will be refunded. Only the dossier expenses (180 euros for Half or Full Day Cruises) will be charged.
