Weekday Tubing Experience cancellation policy: cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will receive a 75% refund. Rentals canceled due to unsafe weather conditions will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule. This policy applies only to the weekday tubing experience. No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable. Safety is our priority, and final weather decisions are made at owner discretion.
